Malware lvl 2: minor concern

Wanted for the crime of:
-unruly conduct
-inflammatory behavior in social circles
-tampering of advertisement boards 

despite having developed a conscious , Boo_Tube manages to be as harmful as minor malware, however his lack for direct altercations have gone instead into causing discomfort and inconvenience within the social sectors of the CPU. Although his damages are easily reparable, should any Security Officer manage to apprehend, isolate and/or delete this malware, it would be very welcome
